Where Tracking Comes From

Tracking is emailed to the checkout address after the order ships. Use the order number and the checkout email when you write to support.

Handling Time

Handling time is 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern begin handling the next business day.

Transit Time

Transit time after the order ships is 5-10 business days, Monday through Friday.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is typically 6-13 business days.

If The Carrier Has Not Scanned It

A first scan can take 24-72 hours after the carrier receives the package.
